  Conical Root Design that Imitates the Tooth Anatomy

By self tapping design it provides more space for osseointegration and perfect primary stability. Against the marginal forces, this system increases the strenght of implant-abutment connection and provides a great torque. Further, during the loading of the abutment, "OCTAFIT" Internal Octagon Connection allows the optional positioning demanded for esthetic applications.

  Morse Taper Conical Connection
Morse taper implant-abutment conical connection system distributes the forces, caused by over loading, to the conical surfaces. This system minimizes the risk of bone resorption and by the conical connection that distributes the forces, strenght is increased against loading and wrenching moments. Morse taper conical connection allows a perfect implant-abutment connection and reduces the forces acting on the connection screw.
  Micro Leakage Prevented Connection

The morse taper conical connection system provides a perfect integration between implant-abutment with the cold weld connection. This design prevents the leakages and contaminations by the strong obstruction.

  Platform Switching

Platform switching provides biomechanic advantage by raising the implant-abutment connection over marginal bone. Nowadays, Calcium phoshate is approved as highly bioactive in the scientific literatüre and the surface with CaP component was preferred by global brands as new process trend. By the excellent reaction between calcium ions and bone tissue,it provides perfect bone-implant contact during the optimum osseointegration process.

By the embeded CaP which stimulates cellular function to implant surface, a very strong CaP-bone connection is occured. Microblast concept, BCP granules and hydrosoluble polymers are perfectly bioactive and that’s why act like bone tissue.

Hyroxyapatite Caicium Phosphate ceramics consisted of hydroxyapatite and tricalcium phosphate is a major biomaterial in the dental field. Calcium phosphate looks like bone minerals. Mode Implant surface is roughened with biocompatible BCP (Bicalcium phosphate) with %65 HA to obtain homogen structure by the micro blast technology.

At the end of each process, Mode Implant rougness value is measured and guaranteed between 1,4~1,8 by CNC micro blast process. Surface roughness of each implant is %100 measured after all surface procedures. Every implant models are roughened by full auhtomatic CNC surface morphology and measurement device developed by Mode Medikal engineers. Mode Medikal which uses %100 biocompatible pure calcium phosphate to roughen without any acidic material.

BCP® bioceramics consists of a mixture of hydroxyapatite (HA) and ß-TCP (beta-tricalcium phosphate). It comes in the form of abrasive particles.Micro sandblasting the implant surface with BCP® particles creates a rough, biocompatible surface. Then, the implant is subjected to a mild acid treatment, and thoroughly rinsed and dried.
